Only receipts that are successfully emailed — meaning our email provider accepted the message for delivery. If a customer doesn’t tap, chooses not to enter their email, or the send fails, you pay nothing for that transaction. Resending the same receipt is not charged again.
Receipts go straight to the customer’s inbox, so there is less paper to handle and reprint at the counter. You also get a dashboard showing how many customers took a receipt, which of your tills are busiest, and who has opted in to hear from you — all of which stays your data.
